A barcode will not scan at checkout
Increase screen brightness, make sure the barcode area is clean and fully visible, and ask the cashier to scan from a short distance. TesserApp keeps barcode backgrounds white to improve compatibility with scanners.
I cannot find a card
Use search with the store name, card nickname, or member number if you added one. Favorites are best for the cards you use every week.
Does TesserApp need internet?
No. Saved cards are stored locally and remain available offline.
Can I use TesserApp without an account?
Yes. TesserApp does not require login or account creation.
